Default Taqa North

Folks,

I have an interview coming up with the oil and gas outfit, Taqa North.

Anybody have any experiences working with them, for them, etc.? I don't know anybody that has worked for or dealt with them, so I'm hoping to get a flavor for them before heading into the interview.

Help me out CP!

They're based in Abu Dhabi, so make sure you can speak some Arabic.

We designed their offices; I could tell you what color their boardroom is.

I know several people who have jumped ship from various places to work there. I've heard that they treat people well.

Who thinks that HockeyPuck is socktapes boss trolling to find out which of his employees waste time on CP all day?

Taqa's in my building, so I know a bunch of employees. They all seem pretty happy to be there.

We're staffing up and have been since inception. We have grown by almost 250-300 people since 2008 when the Primewest purchase was complete. We sit now at about a thousand employees.

They are one of our company's clients and from what I have heard they are a great company to work for. I know a couple people there and they have nothing but good things to say about them.

I've heard good things about them, my wife almost worked there and is now regretting not going.
