It's the singer's 2nd arrest this year -- back in February, Randy was busted for public intoxication for allegedly boozing in front of a Baptist church.

Couple interesting things from this article. 1. He was threatening to come back and shoot and kill the cops. 2. He drives a 1998 trans am!
I find it kind of curious how society views different types of people. He's a country singer so everyone laughs it off as kind of charming and adds to his character. If this was a hockey player Or a cp poster, he'd be lowest form of human. Lindsay Lohan, proves she is a train wreck who is wasting her life and talents. Rapper or rock star, probably gets labelled as some kind of #######.

Probably because at some point he'll write a song about it, go on tour and make a few more millions so the next time he gets caught naked in his Trans Am, drunk he'll have been getting blitzed on Crystal instead of Wild Turkey.
