I feel like Season 6 shouldn't have happened. We should've ended Season 5 with Deb finding Dexter behind that translucent plastic doing basically the same thing, and take it from there in the next season.

Sounds strange but Breaking Bad kinda kinda ruined Dexter for me. When characters in Breaking Bad have suspicions they follow up with them, and hard. They also don't forget them. When people have suspicions of Dexter they kinda look into and then give up and everything goes back to normal. And quotes like this make me weary "Debra trying to figure out Dexter’s secrets". Hasn't she already figured out the biggest secret? I worry that they are trying to drag this show out as long as possible.

Totally agree. Season 3 could be axed just as easily. Can't believe it took 6 seasons for Deb to find him.

Any seasons with those annoying kids shouldve been axed. I dont think they added anything to the show what so ever. Now even the baby is killing the 'realism' for me. I highly doubt that babysitter is on-call 24/7 so he can run around town in the middle of the night killing people and she doesn't question it @ all.

Dream sequence I'm sure.

Yeah, the trailer looks good, but I'm sure the one for last season did too. And that ended up being a pile of tripe. My expectations are about as low as can be for this show going forward.

Yeah, I'd have to say it's a dream sequence. There's no way they'd spoil something that big in the trailer.
