Cant say I'm surprised, I get outages for Phone/internet & Cable like this at least once a week, of course when you finally get through to support via cell phone (they don't see anything wrong) I find Telus to be even worse so I'm basically SOL.
Another issue I find (I'm in scenic acres N.W with Shaw) is that I repetively get DNS server dropping & have to release/renew 5-6 times a night to get access again. Once again, I've called tech support and even after requesting they send a tech out, I still get the BS run around "restart your computer" "do you use a router" so I don't bother.
Anyone else in this area experience the same thing?
