Default Stair Workout Spots

There's nothing like a good stair workout in summer!

Does anyone know of any good sets of outdoor stairs for workouts in Calgary?

Where do you live? In the southeast there is a nice set of stairs when you cross canyon meadows from bow bottom.

You could try the memorial stairs or if you want something a little more off-road then you can try the douglas fir trail in edworthy park.

I like the ones off memorial at the curling club, but they do tend to get busy sometimes.

Thanks for the replies!

The Memorial ones are awesome, but are there any Southwest? I've been keeping my eye out but haven't seen any.

There is a set of stairs across the river east of the Saddledome that is an absolute beast. Goes to the top of Scotsmans Hill.

Yeah, the Memorial stairs are killer. Definitely vomit inducing.

After doing those, the ones at Signal Hill are much easier.

Ended up finding some on Bow Bottom by Parkland. They weren't great, but stairs are stairs!

Thanks CP.

There's a decent set of stairs behind the Glencoe Club.
