Yeah, I'd start with the drivers. Go here...

In the top right "Download Drivers" area, select "notebook graphics" on the first drop-down box.
In the second drop-down box give "auto detect and install" a try.

Took awhile to download, but I did, and now my minecraft runs perfectly.
Thank you very much for help BloodFetish, greatly appreciated. Now I might be able to play Ultra Hardcore (or others) !

I'd be available any afternoon/night this weekend, and Monday afternoon/evening. The reason we didn't do teams last time is that we didn't have a voicecom solution set up in time, which is pretty much required for team play.

^^ I have an ooVoo account, and skype as well. Certainly it adds some complexity as the teams would have to test their voice methods, but it would be fun to try teams if we can.

Just a note: We need to do this on 1.2.5 as there is no way I will have time to deal with 1.3 even in the extremely unlikely event that both bukkit and plugin are updated.
So don't update your clients!
Edit: The world is set up and ready to go. I have not confirmed with the Mrs that I am actually free to be able to do Sunday night, but will do my best to be on. What time is good for everyone?
