Might a stupid question..
Okay, so I got home this morning and realized I didn't have my keys with me (they were sitting on my dresser)...
I tried waiting for my roommate to arrive but murphy's law came into effect and she was nowhere to be seen. Long story short I noticed a window was open.. but I had to punch out the screen.
My question is: How much money am I going to have to pay to replace the screen? (the frame is fine, it's just the screen and the rubber stripping that held it tightly in place)
Thanks in advance.
Edit: Heh, screwed up the thread title and have no idea how to change it. +Be should be in there. -_-

My kids are always messing with the screen in one of our front windows and it often comes out. You can probably put it in by yourself, just line the screen up and use a thin price of plastic to force it in all around the edge.
If you actually broke the screen part, then you can get a kit from Home Depot, Lowes, Rona etc and probably do it for less than 20 bucks.

If the frame is fine and you want to do it yourself your can buy screen at Home Depot for like $12.

You should replace the screen with a complicated and expensive grid of lasers.

If you just popped the rubber stripping and the screen isn't ripped you can just fix it yourself, other than that should be pretty cheap.

You probably could have removed the screen without much/any damage to it. I know this doesnt help right now, but as someone who routinely forgets their keys places and who has had to break into his own house multiple times, popping the screen out will give you much less of a headache. For next time

Why did you punch out the screen? They can be removed pretty easily and then put back.

Your in forest Lawn dont bother fixing it. In fact pull the frame half out, bend it and just let her hang.

Dude, don't be a fool. Just use duct tape like the neighbours did on their car body work.

Let's just say I had about 10 seconds before a volcano out my rear was to erupt. Nuff said.

Just go in the neighbours yard next time, like a civilised person would do.

You should get that checked out. Explosive diarrhea is usually a sign of something serious.
