Nope, it was just a joke since you guys like to bag on us down here.

Don't get me wrong, I'm totally for state rights but I will never sponsor the CSA. Bunch of rednecks

Sturgeon county is highly sought after as it borders very nice st. Albert but has much, much lower municipal taxes

I wouldnt be concerned since, unless some extreme measures were taken, the Allen Block wall holding it up won't have a chance of dealing with both the expansion of freezing ice and water drainage for very long.

Nobody ever said hockey players were smart.

Even though Pisani has nothing but free time nowadays, I highly doubt he was out there laying stones by himself.

Appeal denied. Pisani can build his rink.

“We have come forward with a direction to include in our amendment of the land-use bylaw a clause that deals specifically with sports courts.” - Sturgeon County councillor Don McGeachy, one of council’s representative on the appeal board,

Basically, they agreed Pisani did everything by the rulebook and therefore there was no basis for appeal . . . . . . but they plan to alter the rulebook so that in the future, neighbours will have a better chance to successfully argue against this kind of development.

It will look nice once it is all done, it doesn't even look bad now.

Once all the landscaping is done and everything is in around it people will probably be talking about how they were on Fernando's side the whole time and if their grandkids can go out for a skate.
