As for the collectors edition, I never ponied up the money actually.

I think they designed it completely wrong. Heck a female devil is fine, but why a male voice and other male attributes?

Playing 3rd act of Hell with Wizard. Usually play with my 2 buddies that are Barbs. What spells are you guys using? Im using missle and arcane orb as primaries. Magic Sword, Energy armor, poison hydra and archon.

Hardly even tried, arcane enchanted is hard enough when there's a whole bunch of minions trying to dodge a bunch of purple bars, make it inside, make it a waller so you can't dodge them, and make the minions invulnerable so I can't pick them off to be able to get near the leader... impossible. I tried a few times and each time I died there was 5-6 walls around me (meaning I couldn't move one step) and 6-7 purple bars all centered within a few steps of me (because of the narrow caverns). EDIT: And it's silly because I walked in and killed the butcher first time no sweat... boss battles are nothing, but random group addon rolls can create stuff that's unkillable.

I mean I could probably re-spec for better survivability, but didn't want to lose my NV.

And I was at a bit of a disadvantage as I was trying to level up the Scoundrel and I usually use Enchantress as her CC is better I think.

Just frustrating not getting any good drops that would help me, ever.

How do these guys get those 800 or 1000 dps weapons? Should I be wearing more magic find gear?

Are you a level 60 and need a bow? Ill give you the one I posted a page ago if you want it ... I put it for sale but no takers.... If you want it I won't even try the gold AH ..

What are you using now? Depending on what you have you might need to buy a weapon to have any good chance at an upgrade, take a look at the AH. Alternately, I could craft you some 5 prop fists (plans for 6 prop are 2.2 mill, which I dont have).

Finally got a toe hold into Act III inferno tonight. Two of these dropped in that run. The fists dropped last night in Act I.

Just got this and thought of you Photon. No idea if you could realistically use this as a monk, or if it would be an upgrade though.



Also, depending on what you have, this might be useful. The damage to attacker is pretty high, but as DH don't really take advantage of it so no idea how useful it is.

Here's the ones I'm using:





So that Axe might be an upgrade DPS wise, but I'd be worried that it would actually be a downgrade due to the other stuff I've got on my weapons (+crit damage mostly).

I'm already at 50k HP so the amulet probably is too vitality heavy, this is what I've got now:

How about these, are these worth anything? The sword has a lower DPS but might be worth something due to life steal and life on hit?



I liked these boots that dropped for me, but I couldn't stand not having the + movement.

You are right about the crit damage being worth a lot in terms of DPS. I looked on the AH for weapons and found some good candidates for you.

I searched using the parameters:

Dex 100
has socket 1
Crit hit damage 61

100k max buyout

This gives you items that both have a socket and have built in crit damage (since no one would ever sell a 70% crit gem in a weapon for 100k). This easily gives you options for over 100 crit damage per weapon.



These one I took out the dex and put in 100 vit instead, both were actualy under 30k each



Anyway, lots to choose from, and obviously I dont know your price range, but that's what I would start looking for in terms of AH stuff

Yeah just started Act II and I'm going to have to do something, I basically have zero survivability against elite packs, I die almost instantly if I get touched by any of their special abilities.

Even just wandering around the desert random packs of normal mobs will take me down half health. Maybe my armor is too low.

Or roll an alt, lol what is it you guys were saying was better to play right now? Barbarian or Demon Hunter?
