Durant as the 2nd best QB in the league just seems wrong considering his decision making ability but it seems like a logical place for him to go for me.
1. Lulay
2. Durant
3. Toss up for me between
6.Tate
7. Brink
8. Jyles
Just my .02 so far.

I think that it has to be done in groupings, similar to what you have but without numbers.
Lulay right now is in a class of his own.
Not sure how Durant is seen as better than Ray, Burris or AC. I would say they are all in the same category having shown the ability to win games on their own and be great but in the case of the latter 3 the diminished skills with age and no longer able to win games on their own as often and in the case of Durant not having the skill or ability to win games often enough.
Tate, Jyles and Brink/Pierce would be in the bottom 3rd due to inexperience/lack of proof they are any good (Brink/Tate), injury (Pierce) and long history of below average to sucking (Jyles).
I think the clear thing in ranking guys is that there is a big drop off after Lulay and that QB'ing in the CFL is very weak right now. I can't say that it would be that shocking to see any of the teams outside of BC with a new starting QB for the final 5-8 games of the year, and not due to injury. I doubt that it happens in TO, Hamilton or Calgary based on the commitment they made to the new guy or Sask based on the deification of Durant there but based on their play it could easily be warranted in all the cities.
