At least this hurts Skip Bayless. I'll take pleasure in that as well.

Teams with Canadian centres on the roster will now be 6-1 in Finals history.

The guy must be dying somewhere since he has not tweeted since the end of the 3rd quarter.

There is nothing worse in sports than the celebration for the NBA championship.

NBA Trophy presentation is so anti-climatic. They really should fix that. Let them soak in the moment a bit before the media gets it words in.

Hate to be negative but this is very satisfying to see Bennett the carpet bagger get so close to a title and lose.

Feel bad for Durant and the players but I hate that organization and how they left Seattle.

Congraz Lebron and Miami and thank you....

Didn't Dan Gilbert say Cleveland would win a NBA Championship before Miami?

No reports of fire or rioting yet in Cleveland, then again it just would be another day in Cleveland.

In my opinion its going be bad news for the rest of the NBA next year with Kevin Durant hungrier than ever after the raw emotion he showed tonight.

But a conspiracy is so much more fun then the truth. Plus I need another reason to whine about Miami winning.

There is so much wrong with a 2 - 3 - 2 format for any playoff series, let alone a Finals series.

Why? OKC wasn't going to win a game in Miami whether it was Game 5 or Game 6.

Cavs owner Dan Gilbert's guarantee that Cleveland would win before Lebron never happened so he wrote another letter tonight after Lebron won. Gilbert sounds like a big baby.

Regardless of the teams competing a 2 - 3 - 2 format hands a huge advantage to the team with 3 consecutive games on home court, this is particularly true if they can take an away game in the first two. Playoff formats should be structured to give any advantage to the team with the better regular season record. Always.

Being down 3 - 1 and coming back to your home court is a world of difference from being down 3 - 1 and facing a third-straight away game.

And then, being 3-2, coming off a win on your home-court? That's as likely a situation for an away win as any.

But I agree, when Westbrook can't get to the line more than 3 times in a game where he scores 40+ points, there was no way the Thunder were winning in Miami.

Next year the NBA will give the Thunder the title, setting up the rubber-match in 2014.

I hope I can avoid all sports websites today. The LeBron/Heat slurping has to be borderline unbearable. I'll also leave this thought: If the NBA calls the fouls on LeBron against Rondo in Game 2 of the ECF and on Durant in Game 2 of the Finals, how much different do things turn out? I think if the Rondo call gets made there is no Durant call.

Man, Bosh is such a loser. He's that wannabe cool guy who rides with the real cool guys in hopes that he'll be seen as one of them. In this case though, there are no cool guys. They're all selfish bums IMO.
