Wow a Fiero, I rarely if ever see them on the road anymore, probably have seen more Ferrari's in the last year. |

GreatWhiteEbola - you gotta post some pics!!! i have fond high school memories of cruising around in my buddy's fiero. i still don't know how he got into it - he was 6'6" or 6'7". i remember his knees being up by the steering wheel

I bought the car in 97 from the original owner in Langdon. I drove it for about 10,000kms then parked it, with grand aspirations. It has been garaged since 1998, and 2 years later I could no longer drive a manual, so there it sat for 12 more years. This year I finally got some ambition to do something with it.
The car only has approx 100,000kms, I found a Fiero guru that wanted the original engine and transmission (w/upgraded dual friction clutch). In exchange he's helped me work on the 3.8L which we have rebuilt, probably pushing close to 350-380 whp right now. (A huge upgrade from the 140 stock hp)
This year is the engine and transmission. Next year is wide-body kit, coil-over suspension, and wheels. In the winter after that the plan is transplant a late model (2000-2002) Trans-Am interior (console, dash, steering wheel, door panels, seats...)
Definitely a labour of love...pics to come...
