Well, hopefully 'poping' people off doesnt become the next craze with the kids like planking did.

It sounds like a form of sexual assault.

His last Facebook status was: "One night she grabs the kitchen knife to defend herself, now he doesn't like that... Not... One... Bit..."

A Joker line from The Dark Knight. Pretty messed up.

Guessing there's a pretty good chance this ends with our suspect committing suicide.

Seems like this guy needs help even if he's not involved with the robbery. 'Poping" people off? Dude needs help from a shrink and an English teacher.

There are some pretty disturbing pictures coming out now.

It's also somewhat strange that two armored trucks were at the same location, along with a service van (the mini-van shown in the pictures are not used in transporting any valuables but only used by service personel). If the machine had to be repaired it's conceivable that they called in an extra set of guards to assist in security, but that still doesn't quite add up. Something is very strange about the situation.

Are you sure the Mini-Van was there when the robbery occurred or is it possible they were there assisting police with the investigation/completing their own internal investigation.

No way a 21 year old could plan and carry this out by himself. Someone's in the back directing all this.

No, the van was part of the crime scene (so it appears). One of the pictures coming out show a G4S armed guard laying face down beside the van with a pool of blood by his head.

If G4S management were coming to the scene to do their own investigation they definitely wouldn't take those vans (they are the ugly ducklings of the G4S fleet, only used by service techs)

Considering he didn't actually get anything out of the robbery, I'd say its pretty likely he did plan this. Which is why it's been such a debacle and went so horribly wrong. And if somehow someone is in the back running the show, then our suspect is likely already dead as they obviously wouldn't want him talking.

This guy is the fifth of the five armored guards that night. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what's happened now that he's missing.
So... isn't this a confession of guilt?

This was well planned.

There's no doubt that it was scouted

They knew the patterns and the timing and they went out of their way to kill their only witnesses.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were no shell casings, and the vehicle they drove off in was clean of any residue.

The guns they used are probably in pieces scattered from here to Lloydminster.

It will be interesting to see if these guys are caught and if they are what mistakes they made.

This isn't the average run of the mill street crime.
Not your average run of the mill street crime, but it seems to still be your average sociopathic whack job that things he's smarter than he really is.

Especially not when you take into consideration that this guy seems like a complete moron.

It keeps saying attempted robbery in news articles, which leads me to believe it wasn't succesful.

Also, new details...

Police first received reports of gunshots just after midnight.

Prasun Kundu, who lives on the third floor of HUB, a combined residence and shopping mall that runs several blocks along 112th Street, said he was watching a movie at around midnight when he heard gunshots.

“I heard bang, bang noises out of my window,” said Kundu. After three or four seconds, he heard five or six shots.

The three employees appear to have been shot then locked in the secure room behind the ABM machines.

Too cool for school. Wannabe gangsta. Failed at school and didn't bother to learn how to commit crime either?

I'm not going to suggest that there's an amount of money that I'd kill people for, but for the idea to even begin to be entertained, it's have to be a forkload more than a couple mil.

Looks like, from my own speculation, Baumgarnet let the other four guards go into the ABM room and shot them in the back. He locked the room and left, drove the armored truck to pick up his truck parked at some spot. Not sure if he got any money from it at this point. This case could turn out to be fairly straight forward.

Baumgarnet could be alone in this if he's capable of shooting four people in cold blood. Only 21 years old, where has this world come to? I hate to say this but have violent movies and games desensitized the youth about killing?
