Not a chance in hell that happens again this season. Scott Brooks did that earlier in the year with some injuries, he never found his groove starting and was basically pure junk in the games he started. James Harden is way more comfortable coming off the bench than being a starter.

While I agree that Bosh is a pansy, I think he is the key to the series for the Heat. Perkins and Ibaka will have their hands full if Bosh plays like he did tonight. I think Bosh and his 3/3 threes were the clincher tonight.
It's going to be fun to watch LeBron and Durant guard each other. LeBron is better defensively than KD but KD is better offensively. I can't wait for this series. I think it goes 7. After a lackluster first 2 rounds to the playoffs, I've really enjoyed the conference finals.

A team that has a player that angered a city by leaving vs. a team that angered a city by leaving. Should be a dandy.

His third trip to the finals and doing it in back to back years, plus being the best player in the league. The media attention is earned.

Remember that the finals are 2-3-2.
I actually think that is worse for the higher seed. If the lower seed (Heat) get a split in the first two games, they would have a nice advantage with 3 straight in Miami. Winning in OKC for them though is going to be very tough.

How many titles does he have again? At least Wade has one, but he will get far less media coverage then LeBron. Then you have Durant who should be a great story, and is nearly as good as James is (he might even be better eventually), but the attention James receives dwarfs Durant as well.
Jordan got a similar amount of attention, maybe even more since he actually earned it. But, actual winners who consistently made the finals like O'Neal, Robinson, Garnett, Duncan, Wade, or even Bryant did not receive the same amount of coverage as LeBron. I blame the both the league and ESPN for the fact that they have been trying to make one player bigger than the game. That is all fine and dandy for players like Jordan, Kareem, Johnson, Bird, etc who actually deserved the acclaim, but James isn't there yet.

The answer is zero, he has zero titles. In spite of that people either want to watch him or watch him fail, hence the media coverage.

See what is going to make it so difficult for Miami is I think they'll let Bosh try and do whatever he wants but putting Perkins or Collison on him and leave Ibaka on Haslem so he can roam a lot more around the basket, turning Miami into a jump shooting team. Obviously officiating is going to be a critical factor and hopefully they let them play the game.
I also disagree that Durant might be better than LeBron eventually, I think he can be a more prolific scorer for sure, but his all around game will never be as good as LeBron's.

I'm not arguing who is better. Personally I don't watch enough basketball to really say who is better. From what I read most people say that Durant is the better scorer, but Lebron is the better all-around player.
Me saying you sound like Canucks4cup was because he would always say things like Sh#tcago, Lames, Coilers etc... My personal opinion is
I think its dumb.

Durant is a better scorer than LeBron because he has an a consistent jump shot. Overall total basketball games, I'll take LeBron's. He didn't played as well as Durant tonight, but realistically Wade has been so much worse this entire postseason. I hope for his sake he's hurt, because he looks out of gas right now.
As to the actual game, the Heat definitely will regret letting this one get away. To have a 13 point lead with Battier and Chalmers leading the way, Wade and LeBron should have taken over in the second half and they'd have their road win. Instead LeBron was fine but Wade was useless. OKC just needs to bring the effort every game and this should be done in 5.

Great result tonight, LeBron and company disappeared in the second half while Durant and Westbrook thrived under pressure. At least James and Wade showed up in the first half, whereas Bosh didn't show up at all and kept missing shots.

Bosh spice jacking up 3's was a disgrace. Man up you ##### and play in the post. That's why it's hilarious when they are referred to as the big 3. It's two top players, and bum riding along.
#6 is a good player but he's not on a KD or Kobe level.

Yep that 19-5 record with him in and a 6-5 record with him out sure shows what a bum he is.
Shocking they didn't sit him for that stud Haslem.
And switch Lebron and KD and the Heat are out versus Boston, maybe Indiana. Durant is great but he is not Lebron no matter what you try and pretend.
I do agree with you though when it comes to raping he certainly is not in Kobe's league but then nobody really is.
