The average rush hour commute from Airdrie to downtown Calgary is 2.5 minutes. If there is an accident it is about 5 minutes.

Boil water advisory looks to be continuing into early next week for those affected. I'm going out to buy some bottled water tonight.

That's my on topic contribution.

Don't all cities have the same community names?

There's a Macleod Trail in Medicine Hat. Can you believe the nerve of some people, stealing names?!?

I didn't boil water to brush my teeth this morning. I'm livin' on the edge, man.

That's my contribution.

it makes sense when you look at the other communites invloved, South Calgary, Elbow Park, Altadore, Mt. Royal, Richmond. These all would cover Bankview's short comings, plus on the west side of Bankview there are some nice newer homes. These areas also have some expensivwe condos in them..

And fat it is! However, I don't see who fatness and visibility are correlated. You can see EAP just as well.

Thanks for showing your support and standing amongst us in our time of need, but do you even live in any of those areas?

I think it's okay to go back to brushing your teeth. We'll be fine.

I've heard Santa Claus only visits the SW quadrant because

a) chimneys are easier to go through than NE trailer parks
b) the predominant asian NW quadrant are stingy on milk and cookies
c) folks in the SE helps Santa make the toys

CTV interviewed the guys at Scottsmans Well a neighborhood pub and they were talking about how tough it is because all their mixers use city water, they had to go out and buy all bottled drinks and mixers, etc...

...I wonder if anyone bothered to tell them they arn't inside the boil water area

Are you sure about that? They're not really in Kincora, but they're not really in Evanston, so how do they (or you) really know? Probably just a good idea for them to err on the side of caution. If nothing else, they're getting good press out of it.
