In off season stadium news the Bombers video board will be the best quality in North America second only to Dallas Cowboys stadium, and the same size as those used in the new Jets/Giants stadium in New Jersey. Very impressive for the CFL combined with BC's awesome new digs.

Question for you. I keep hearing that the Bombers new stadium is delayed but I don't think I have heard why they are so far behind construction. Do you know?

They were ahead of schedule going in to the winter months but then wind put them behind schedule when putting the tarp structure up

I'm still surprised nobody took a flyer on Crawford during the draft.

As far as Quinlan goes, I think it is a football move. They aren't guaranteeing him a spot. He's also not French so I don't know how much that means to the Quebec poplulation. Quinlan has said he would switch positions to stay in the CFL. I will be cheering for him to make the team outright as a QB.

Former Lion Josh Boden mom doesn't want him out jail.

One of them is his own mother. Karen Boden, 54, told The Province she is so afraid of Boden's violence that she has sought protective custody and even altered her appearance so her son can't easily recognize her.
Karen is speaking out because she says Boden needs help, and because she wants to give his three-year-old son a chance at a better life.

Fair enough. I would still call it a significant addition as I think he becomes their number 2 behind Stamps. Their QB situation is what will probably hold them back this year, they have a solid receiving corps, has the potential to be one of the best in the league.
