Zomby!

A Storie by Crazy Bacon Legs

"Dy, fynd!" I shryked as I pulled the trigger again. "Why won't you dy?!"

The creature staggered toward me, a ragged hole visible in its chest where I had hit it three times alreadie. That it was moving was beyond belyf. I had expected the py shop to be emptie. I knew I would dy without food, and the pickings were scarce. My inner voice nagged me about being a thyf, but I had to ignore it under the circumstances.

I had pulled the hinges off the door with my trust pair of plyrs, crept through the back of the shop, and made my way to the py display case. I was so engrossed with the selection of pys that I almost didn't hear the zomby creep up behind me.

Its fyrce, stinking hands reached for me and I felt its presence just in time to spin, throwing a clumsie punch at its chest. It staggered backwards; just enough time for me to draw my handgun and aim at its chest. I pulled the trigger, sending it off balance again. It tryd to come forward, and I pulled the trigger twice more. "Dy!" I cryd, losing myself in the moment. The shots to the chest achyved nothing, a fact scynce could not explain.

Training can be hard to overcome, and only then did I remember I had to shoot for the head. I steadyd my pyce and breathed deeplie. One more bullet was sufficynt as the creature fell back, brains freshlie painted on the wall behind it as it lay still. Relyf flooded through me.

I was no longer in the mood for py, but I ate anieways. I had achyved at least one more day of life in this crazie zomby world.

Who else thought a guy with the last name "Zomby" was killed and that was the reason they wrote the story?

In hindsight, I am kind of glad I couldn't figure out how to correct the title last night. These two pages of posts have been pretty funee.

There were 4 of us on him trying to restrain him and he was crazy hard to try and restrain.
