Real estate records from the 10's and 20's aren't exactly easy to find.
My family used to own Riverside Iron Works, and it was down in that area somewhere before it moved to Ramsay. I have no idea where it originally sat. I do know it was on a 20 acre site, on the river. Swampland was pretty handy for foundries back then, and you can imagine why.

If you email these guys Calgary.Surveys@gov.ab.ca and tell them you want to order the historical title for Lot 9 Block 1 Plan 9410601 Title Number 091 039 334. They should pull the title for you. They will charge you for the work though.

I made it to Little League Canadian Championships 3 different times. Making it to the final once. The same team from BC won all 3 times and then got there asses handed to them at the World Series.

Got to hang out with Larry Robinson, Paul Coffee and some other LA kings at that classy establishment downtown called the French Maid. Gretzky was also there but was leaving just as my buddy and I got there.
And another claim to fame would be that I got to have a threesome with 2 fairly attractive women and didn't have to pay for it. definitely a highlight as well.

I'm a descendent of a Roman Emperor and the original Kings of Britain. I wish it meant I was entitled to land or something. My Grandmother's family was nobility and there are records going back to 200AD. There's also a Saint in our family tree.

I'm a distant relative to Theo Fleury. My Grandpa's sister was married to Theo's uncle.
Not that great of a claim to fame.

I've got good news. Jane wasn't beheaded, but died because of complications from birth. She was the only one to receive a queen's funeral (plus is buried next to Henry), and is the only one to give him a male heir.
So hey, not bad!
