Another question. If we do go what shirt should I wear:
-Boba Fett
Decision made.
I'm taking my wife, 6 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter on the Sunday - busy or not, fun way to get them out of the house and see some people nerdier than their Dad.
I'll be sporting a Greyjoy kraken 'we do not sow' shirt - say hello if you see me.
I'm hearing 45,000 to 50,000 people this weekend. Insane!
Just as a comparison, the Home + Garden show in February ran from Thursday to Sunday and had 61,000 people attend. Same amount of halls used as the Comic Expo.
This show has become huge in such a short time!

Getting pretty excited after reading a bunch more online today. I think I'll go right when it opens Friday afternoon to scope it out, then head back with the family Sun morning.
Bertuzzied, I'll definitely stop by your booth with the key phrase. Love picking up some graphic novels every year.

The size of this year's event is somewhat of a turn off for me, I have no interest in lines or hordes of people.
I have to go out of town on Friday and Saturday, but I may go to the expo on Sunday--we'll see how peopled out I am.
The organizers of the event tweeted about a week <?> ago that they were still looking for volunteers. So if you missed out on tickets to the TNG thing, you might have luck that way . . .

I saw those tweets too, however as people contacted them it appeared that volunteers for the TNG event were already filled up.

AKA the Greyjoy uterus shirt?

First, shouting something at the comic expo won't make you the weirdest person there, not by a long shot. Hell, you could shout "great save Tanev" in Klingon (something I suspect you may be able to do) and the most you'd get is a witty response from some fellow nerd who also speaks Klingon.
Second, there is enough stuff going on I don't think anyone even noticed. They probably thought I was doing some sort of battle cry from Viking Quest.
