Since that didn't happen at Crowchild/Shaganappi, I doubt it would happen at this intersection.

We can always dream, if they don't do it I think they should try one of those fancy diverging diamond interchanges:

You'll never see a conventional cloverleaf again. The weave they create is a self defeating proposition.

You'll see modified cloverleafs such as Stoney/Crowchild, but look how much more room was needed for the two additional decks to space out the Crowchild entrances and exits... that thing is utterly huge.

All they need to do is get the balls to try it once, then they'll fall in love with it and use it tons. See: Modern Roundabouts.
