I agree... too bad Smith isn't the leader of the PC or Liberals

I was hoping this debate would clear it up for me, but now I'm more undecided than ever. If anything, I'm now entertaining voting for a third party.

To me the number one issue going forward is health care. At this point its gonna take something extraordinary for the Wildrose to not be the ruling party. But a majority may open the door to some health care privitazation, whereas with a minority there's obviously no shot the Liberals or NDP would support it.

Mason cracks me up... "what we need is more new democrats"... Like a hole in the head Brian.

Redford just said "a Wildrose government". Bad move Alison. Dont put the words out there.

baaah, as much as I'd hate to say it, I still think the PC's are the best choice- regardless of how Redford came across tonight.

However I do agree with Smith when she stated that we pay the most per capita in this country for health care and Canada is top 3 in the world in per capita health care spending.

The problem isn't budgetary, its structural, and I would hope that Smith would live up to what she's saying about evaluating the structure of health care delivery.

Could Danielle say 'Maybe I'm the only one that...' sounds kind of arrogant to me

Haha, me too. I thought I wouldnt vote WRA based on some social concerns, and the PC's are dead to me. I'm now moving back to the WRA solely based on the debate. After listening to the spending profiles of all these parties, its becoming clearer to me that none of them are fiscally conservative, but that some spend less than others.

Congrats First_Lady, Smith has done (IMO) a very good job tonight.

I would agree except that its pretty clear that Redford is driving the PC bus now and if she can't maintain a 40 year dynasty in an election she can't run the province.

She's been an utter disaster.

There are obviously issues with health care, mostly beauracratic. I have no doubt that there's a lot of money that can be saved. Any form of privitization will drive up costs though so for me its a non-starter.

Meh, I almost like it better then Stephen Harper's angry glare in the debate followed by "Let me be completely clear"

Smith rocking the iPad. Not your daddy's political party indeed.

Raj sure likes to gesticulate.

Redord looks angry even in her closing remarks.

I'm not saying privatization is the answer, however I don't know if I have a problem with using outside private services if it reduces wait time or free's up surgical units to increase tempo's.

But I doubt that Smith is driving for true two tier delivery.

Raj won to me, Smith and Redford did well enough, and Brian Mason was there right?
