Henrik Stenson was -5 after 17 holes and took a quad "8" on 18 to finish -1. That might leave a mark!

That's kind of neat - Graeme McDowell posted a picture of the sheet they get showing the pin placements.

Tiger looking uncomfortable after the 15th- hope he hasn't buggered up his knee or something.

Ya, and he's way too emotional as it is- always throwing hissy fits. With that kind of demeanor, you'd think a snowman on 18 will ruin him mentally for the rest of the weekend.

Weir +2 thru 6 this morning....too bad.
Crane at -4 now....good for him.
Ian Poulter is a guy to watch i think...lots of big names around the lead tho.

Finished top-5 in 7 of his last 14 majors. I think Westwood will be right there until the end.
Still think McIlroy will be in the top-5 when all is said and done, too.
Furyk, Dufner, Bubba Watson aren't going anywhere. Couples and Woods are in the mix.
This could end up being a great Masters.

Poutler always falters on Sunday. I can't recall him ever being near the lead late in a major.

Ive never understood why Augusta is so picky with the tv coverage? Only 3.5 hours of coverage on Saturday and Sunday and most of the groups have finished by the time coverage begins on thursday and friday...
I guess they are trying to keep that exclusive and private feel to Augusta, but still- a lot better I guess than back in the day when they were only allowed to broadcast the final 4 or 5 holes.... that would suck.
ps. tiger just birdied #1- the hardest hole on the course!

Great leaderboard right now...and Westwood just doubled 18 to lose the lead outright.
Freddy has it going and is tied for the lead...what a story that would be.

Tiger is fighting it- A quick -2 out of the gate and now back to even par. Doesn't look like the leaderboard is moving past -5 today, but Tiger has to shoot under par today to have a good chance on the weekend. The course isn't playing like it has the past few years- double digits under par may not be reached.
Couples looking great. Garcia won't be anywhere near the top of the leaderboard come sunday afternoon.

Not right now but looking at the weekend weather it may again...though that 1st hole is a brute.

Did i hear right earlier that the winner the last 25 years has been in the top 10 after Friday?
Agreed on Tiger as well...better get it going but he looks like he did a few months ago...balls going all over the place.

I don't think Schwartzl was top 10 until the 3rd round last year.

well, he has been working on perfecting his cut shot for the last 2 years but is double crossing it every time he tries to cut it (pull hook). When he tries to hit a draw, he is blocking or hooking the hell out of it. Missing both ways is bad news.
People say his problem is mental, but the bigger problem is mechanics- he is trying to use the sean foley techniques (which is basically stack and tilt), but is getting sucked back into his hank haney habits. His Sean Foley swing is much more steep while Haney swing is more around his body.

Wow, Tiger has been been humble and nice in his last 2 post round interviews- I wonder if he has been smartened up by his PR team in this area.
Either way, Tiger haters don't have to worry about Tigerpalooza tomorrow- at +3, his round will likely be over before tv coverage even starts tomorrow.
After 36 holes, my prediction has to be Rory.
