I loved the fact that they showed concerts, but was frustrated by the fast that they showed the same ones over and over.

I’m always amazed these sportscasters and announcers can call the game with McDavid’s **** in their mouths all the time.

Some of them were awesome. The Styx show with the kids symphony was great, and the Megadeth was as well. I'll miss those the most.

Also, for me the energy of the crowd is a huge part of what makes concerts fun to watch, and the crowds seemed to be muted to the point where you could barely hear them on HDNet.

loved the collective soul concert...

i just felt that the "wow...H frickin' D" factor faded as more and more channels broadcast in HD and HDNet was forced to compete on broadcast show quality, and not just HD content, was likely to lead to HDNet's demise.

on the other hand...i sure loved the low cost HD bikini shows!

Lose one, gain a couple new HD channels. Nothing too special though.

So my cable package has always been just basic cable, plus all HD channels, Movie central and timeshift.

Now I'll have to contact shaw, as all HD channels don't include the new Space HD.

That's a bit of a gear grinder.

And to echo above, I feel I pay way to much for what I receive from Shaw.
