There's no doubt Colton has some serious issues. As a gay man, I'm sure he's encountered his fair share of discrimination and hate over the years.........now, when he's suddenly in a position of power, he's starting to throw that same hate and discrimination back at someone else. And that's not cool at all. He needs to seek some professional help and rid himself of the anger he has built up inside. I know a lot of people hate him (for good reason), but I feel sorry for him........at this rate he's going to have one hell of a crappy life ahead of him.
As for the game itself? The guys are all idiots. As was mentioned above, if they were to agree to it it should have been discussed to blindside Colton or flush out the idol. But to see Tarzan go off on Leif and say they have to go to tribal to vote him out............and then they vote out someone else?
I'm already looking forward to the reunion show.............Probst is going to have a field day with the amount of stupidity this season.
On a side note.........glad I picked Monica this season. The wife knows I picked her in the pool, so now when I cheer for her during the show I don't look like such a perv.

The question I would ask, is if you know that your going to be voted out, wouldn't you spend the last day living out a grand revenge plan?
Pooping in the water supply, pissing on the bedding in the tent. Going over to the girls tribe and briefing them on the alliances?
Leaving a trail of dead animals to the nearest lions pride? Digging a deep pit in front of the tent and lining it with poop encrusted spikes.
Or stealing all their tenting and supplies and giving it to the woman?
Something, personally I would leave a massive path of destruction.

I'm sad to admit it, but I now think survivor is completely scripted and total bs.
There is no way a group of guys are going to get the opportunity to get on the show...pretty much dominate the chick team, but then volunteer to go to tribal because they just need to get rid of some traitor immediately. It doesn't make any sense other than being a "new, never happened in survivor before" thing that only makes for good tv. Total crap.
and Colton needs to DIAGF...

If I was Bill, knowing I was going home, i'd have worked real hard, gathered a whole pile of wood, made a huge fire, and then tossed cut up that tarp that forms the roof of their shelter and dropped it right into the fire. I'd have then thrown more wood on top of it.

Colton still manages to manipulate his new tribe into believing his crap.
Funny that no one called him out for his racist BS the week before and Leif seems to be oblivious to the fact he was almost booted yet STILL follows Colton.
Obviously Survivor execs went with the low IQ contestants
If I was Leif...I would have spent the entire program trying to out manoeuvre Colton and his pathetic displays.

Loved the basketball type game. They just manhandled Colton's team right off the bat. I thought they were going to drown him at one point!

A really tame episode, Colton still dominates his tribe and he's right, they're idiots, especially Tarzan.
And Colton is pursuing a strategy of eliminating strong players at the wrong time. I have my doubts that they're going to win another challenge before the merge.
I really question the way the game is structured now, people are proudly stating that they don't want control of the game, they just want to be dragged to the final jury, they need to change the format of the game somehow to make people actually play the game.
Personally, if I knew that Colton had the idol I would be trying to find a way to make him play it or get blindsided, he's worthless in the camp, he's even more worthless in the challenges, and you know he's all about eliminating people.
He's a horrible disgusting human being, but at least he's playing the game.

In this game a lot of people always talk about how they grow as a person. With Shrek last season she got a bit of a wake up call on how people view her, hopefully turning that into a positive.
If Colton never played this game he may have floated through life on Dads credit card never having to face situations with people like this. So no matter what this show will be good for him. His tribe is full of idiots, so he will make the merge. Had he ended up on the other tribe though I think he would have been first or second out. They seem to have a lot more brains, and the girls on that tribe aren't buying his BS.
Sad to see Monica go, she was better looking than all the girls but two, and she seemed like such a good genuine person that could have really excelled in this game.
I understand the strategy, get rid of the strong, but why do that before the merge? Especially when your team is already so short handed?

People like Colton don't grow as people, they don't need to, they're spoiled and sheltered and supported no matter what they say or do, then when things don't go their way its never their fault.
Just like that spoiled witch last where she basically waived the check in everyones face.
Its a stupid strategy pre-merge to get rid of your competitive players, if you go into merge as a weak tribe its rare that the strong tribe is going to break their alliance without a good reason.

That episode should have been called..."Just Desserts".
Colton got his and we dont have to listen to the whiny little b!tch anymore.
Unfortunately Jeff will bring him back in years to come because of his "drama quotient".

I was happy with the outcome. If I was that doctor I probably would have poked his stomach a couple more times just to be sure.

If a guy like Colten was brought back again, he is out first day.
Why keep a whiny, mean spirited bitchy twerp who is a lazy slug and does nothing around camp?

You could tell with the way it was edited that Christina was not going home. They never make it that obvious in the first 10 minutes of the show. Hopefully Alicia goes next.
This is pretty early for a merge isn't it? I guess they didn't want that one tribe to completely dominate anymore.
I'm happy Colton is gone, like Jonas said it was karma.

This is early for a merge. I think at 12 people this is actually the single largest tribe in Survivor history.

Hey bob what's that term where a person is a jerk has something totally random happen to him that screws him over
Irony?
Don't be ridiculous bob, I actually think the term is poetic justice.
Coltan got his fair share of that in shovel fulls last night. While I felt bad for him because he was going through tremendous pain, it was poetic justice even based on his early antics where he basically told a tribe member to throw herself on the fire.
The kid is immature and a jerk and contrary to Probst's beliefs having a semi racist jacka$$ on the show does not make for good T.V. unless your allowed to physically beat down your opponents.
The only thing that was keeping Coltan alive was that Idol and the stupidity of the players. The fact that a physically non existant mean spirited monster who would have added nothing to his tribe pre merge and could possibily have been a threat post merge tells me that it wasn't his strategy that was carrying him, its that his entire tribe was populated with people who should be allowed outside only after they put on their perscription hockey helmets.
But without Coltan this season does take a dip becuase there really aren't any intriguing players. The fact that the best part of the show involves a whining Coltan (suck it up, you weren't shot in the Nam) deciding to keep the immunity idol screwing over one of his allies was to be honest hilarious.
They did do the smart thing in merging the tribes while the sexes and the numbers were even, it should be a good political fight next week.
Oh and Tarzan, typical of a lot of realllllllllllyyyyyyy stupid people that I know, they're morons who walk around with a massive vocabulary but have no idea what they're saying. But man does that line of B.S. sound good.

Yeah, I was trying to show some humanity, I wasn't torn up that he was peeing brown and lying on the ground sobbing.
They should have made an immunity challenge where the teams had to try to surgically remove his appendix by the camp fire using only the tools in their camp, and a 1863 pirate medical journal.
