How long is the wait list, and how often do Gm's "get fired" or quit? I'd also be interested after looking at the website.

There is no set idea on how often GMs resign or are moved out. Off season tends to have 1/3 of the GMs change due to time commitments...and there are others during the year. The idea is to get in with your app and wait....that way you move to the top of the line as opposed to always being on the bottom of the barrel.
