I would assume that if the crown had a different theory the facts would be in dispute, which they apparently are not.

Dont forget to give CP a shoutout! Maybe carry a sign when they escort you to the cruiser.
But dont actually shout out the words "I love CP" or anything like that, because that would probably tack some time onto your sentence. Plus it would make the rest of us feel a little weird....

I am guessing the teacher is only doing the daughter so he can get close to the mum and molest her in the fullness of time.

CP sometimes acts like an organized gang. Do we have gang signs I can throw up while I'm cuffed?

You want to make a C sign with your fingers and thumb on the left hand the then invert the right hand touch the thumb and index finger together to make a circle while leaving the other fingers pointing straight down to make the back of the p, you should probably wear baggy jeans and a red bandana for the full effect, also say 'ese' alot.

Did the accused plead guilty then?

This dude is either having a screwed up mid life crisis or he is a complete creep. He would be a creep even if the girl was not his former student. But seing that she is a former student I lean to creep. Even if she was not a former student I would lean towards creep. I am almost his age and would never date an 18 year old, and I am not married nor do I have kids. This dude is seriously screwed in the head. WOW!!

If she's 18 years old, and the guy has true genuine feelings about her, then why the **** should this bother anyone of us? Yeah we can have our opinions, but the hatred for the guy here is funny.

He's an effing skinpooch and the only genuine feeling I wish on him is the feeling of a broomstick going where god didn't intend it.

It must be pure jealousy...
There is this stigma around the concept of an older man with a young woman, like he is somehow manipulating her or is a predator (or just rich) ...but if the situation was reversed and it was an older woman snatching up a young man, there would be a tsunami of "you go girl" articles praising her for it. (Demi Moore/Ashton Kutcher)
Every red blooded man in here would jump the bones of a shiny, fertile, sweet smelling, 18 year old girl if given the opportunity and/or free of any consequences.
http://heartiste.wordpress.com/2012/...ar-old-snatch/
"Younger women are, barring a few conspicuous exceptions, better looking, better smelling and better feeling than older women. Career goals not achieved to the contrary notwithstanding, younger women are alpha females. The man who has tasted the succulent flesh of an 18 year old cutie will never again look at, or feel toward, older women with the same excitement, urgency or romanticism. He has been corrupted. His memories, lucid, almost palpable, of intimacies with younger women, will dominate."
Mr. Hooker must have had one hell of a bad marriage to be making such a sacrifice.....because divorce court is not going to be pleasant for him.

Um, in this case, he was a predator and somehow manipulating her because he was her high school teacher.

No ...it means they were in close proximity and nothing more.
She has daddy issues and was hot for him.
Nature took its course.
Get over it....
