Laptop / Mac Memory?

I'm in the process of upping my memory to 8GB on my HP laptop.
I noticed some RAM "designed" for Macs?

They each have the exact same specs, what am I missing here?
Is it just a gimmick for ipeople to think they are getting special RAM?
Both products are made by Corsair.

It just guarantees Mac compatibility, since ram is finnicky. Most places sell the same ones without guaranteed Mac compatibility for a few bucks cheaper
