In case you don't find what you are looking for, Best buy is selling MW3 this weekend for $49.99 and buying Uncharted 3 at $25. I traded my copy in for a different reason last week.
It sounds like he wants to trade his copy of the original Uncharted without manual for MW3.
MW3 has a trade in value of $35.00. Uncharted has a trade in value of $3.00. It'd probably be easier to ask for a temporary trade with someone who doesn't care about the price value.
