iPhone 4S issue (Picture added)
We recently brought iPhones into our company and just recently our VP has been getting a weird issue.
She bought a new vehicle and the dealer enabled bluetooth for sync. This is fine but now she will randomly get connection messages i'm assuming are from bluetooth. The screen pops up all black with a name and 2 boxes accept / deny
I have my bluetooth always and have never seen this. I checked her phone for apps but there was only the Calgary Hearld.
Anyone seen this before?

Are you sure it is Bluetooth? It sounds like the phone is trying to connect to available WiFi networks. Does she have WiFi on, and particularly the setting "Ask to join networks?"

I'm assuming Bluetooth as this started after bluetooth was enabled and its a completely different screen from the wi-fi screen and the name that pops up "pad" isn't on any wi-fi that I can see from my phone.
Also to add to the OP no programs are running in the background . . .
Edit: Waiting for it to happen again and I will grab a picture of it.

This may or may not be relevant, but my iPhone dock from phillips has an iPhone app that goes with the speakers. It's not needed, but if it's not installed on the phone I get lots of those goofy "this accessory requires additional software not installed on your phone, would you like to install the Phillips Fidelio App now?" with a yes/no dialoge. Possible her vehicle's stereo has something like this?

Is it possible the phone is set to ask for permission before syncing with BT?

sure, but this isn't a connection screen I have ever seen before and I have SYNC in my vehicle. also the vehicle is way down in the parkade and we are 9 floors up. I think its a bluetooth connection asking for permission the question is from what.

It would be a system request unless she has another app open at the time. Not sure exactly which system app it would be, but it won't be just any old app trying to install a bluetooth virus or anything like that.

In my acura my iphone was doing funky things with BT until I went into the acura settings and deleted all the old BT phone profiles that were stored in the car. After it was all clear I re-established my iphone with the car BT and it worked great

Exactly, its always the same name and its at work and at home so it must be something in the phone.
I want to figure it out before we restore and i'm so tempted to press accept but the phone is connected to the corporate email via traveller.

she wouldn't know how to do anything on that phone even remotely like that. It was a replacement from the apple store though as the original was DOA but that was 2 months ago
