Default Techie video capture question

Hey all. I'm looking for an app that will record a video embedded in a webpage and that plays using macromedia flash 8. I can do all the editing and stuff after, I just need something that will record the raw video. I have tried a couple apps but no joy so far. Pre-XP I would have just fished the .swf out of my temporary internet files, but I can't seem to find that folder on the "new" OS (new to me, anyway). Please help! A couple of my friends did a parody video of the Wedding Crashers trailer using some budweiser site thingie and I'd like to record it for posterity.

Thanks!

RG

try google-ing Flash Capture, you get plenty of results

Flash Capturers are usually able to get Flash Videos off sites (mostly... but some sites don't let you) but they work mostly.

To find your temp internet files, in IE, click "Tools" > "Internet Options" ... the click "Settings" then "View Files". That will open up your Temporary Internet Files.
