I'd give the SPCA and Bylaw the heads up that you found a pup and the description. Those two #'s would be the first that I would call if I lost my dog.

I went outside to put a sign on my sidewalk that I found a dog and a car drove by hollaring for a dog. That was easy.

All I can get
|
Heh.
Last week I saw a dog running loose on the road. I opened the car door and said "go for a ride? Wanna go for a ride?" The little feller hopped right in. Luckily, he had a tag with his address, so it was short work.

I didn't find it funny either, but then dissentowner came in and told us he didn't find it funny, so now I find that hilarious!

There's a cat who wonders around our area with no tags/collar. But he seems very well fed and easily approaches people.
Anyways this past weekend he was in our patio sniffing around so I opened the front door and he came right to me. Very affectionate/calm cat, then he tried to get into my town home.
Now had this cat appeared malnourished/abused in any manner I gladly would have gladly taken him and and fed him/called the pound etc. But he looked pretty well fed to me, and he had his "oh hey can I come in?" act down a little too good. I suspect he wonders around looking for free meals during the day.
