One quarter tells a lot- it's possible the Pats only chance is a shoot out.

If I was a patsies fan I'd be very worried about my defense surrendering 4 or 5 more touchdowns today

They do that most days. No worries.

According to google,
The 1993 NFL playoff game between the Buffalo Bills and the Houston Oilers. Bills recovering from 32 points down to win in overtime.

edit: The above was not a Superbowl game.

"In Super Bowl XXII, the Washington Redskins trailed the Denver Broncos 10-0 at the start of the second quarter. Washington then scored 35 points in the second quarter to set a Super Bowl record for points in a quarter and effectively ended the competitive aspect of the game. Washington won the game 42-10.

Superbowl XLIV. New Orleans Saints made a comback from 0-10 at end of 1st quarter to 31-17 at the end of the game"-Google

I hope they didn't hire the time keeper from the Staples Center.

The Pats need a couple turnovers or they aren't going to win.
