I've always liked Group Home, and although their rapping skills ain't up there with some others (Lil Dap ain't bad, but Malachi..lol), this one song just hits a certain chord with me. It'll always be one of my favourites.
I'm sorry but Ja Rule has to be one of the fakes rappers of all time. He was stealing DMX's and 2pac's rap styles and stole a lot of 2pac's words. He was trying so hard to become the second coming of the greatest rapper to ever touch the mic and he failed miserably. Not to mention that his career was pretty much ended by 50 Cent, Eminem and D12 when they dissed him hard and came out on top.
The Game looked like he was going to be the next big thing untill his own envy and mouth got his origional promoters and the 50 cent G unit family in a war of words. Dre was stuck in the middle always.
Game Should have just made good tracks and rolled with it.
