According to the chart at the end of the article, eating three nugget meals a day only gets you 1500 of the recommended 2000 calories.
I kind of find this story BS though. It says she's never tasted a fruit or vegetable.

Even after a 10 piece I find myself spending most of the afternoon hanging with the Cosby kids at the Super bowl.

But, but....McDonalds uses white meat and doesn't mechanically seperate their meat......they used to but now they just mix up the meat paste batter of tendons, eyeballs, muscle tissue  add some artifical flavoring and it is ready for dipping. This stuff sells like hot cakes  as shareholders watch in amazement.

It actually isn't that bad...maybe blame it on the fact that I was raised in a culture that has people fight over who gets to eat fish eyes, but tendons (albeit fatty) and eyeballs aren't by default bad for eating. Muscle tissue is pretty common...almost everything is some form of muscle. Chicken wings have muscle tissue.
Mashing them together isn't great, but it's hardly the terror people generally make it out to be (though, if you're going in expecting pure white meat, I can understand the concern).
