They have a drive thru pharmacy in Prince Albert. My grandpa had to get his meds there. I think the doctors just phone in the prescription and you go pick it up. It's right next to the hospital so that's probably what it's used for.

Oh, that makes sense. When I saw "drug store" I was thinking of Rexall or Shoppers being totally drive thru capabale, and couldn't picture it.

For real. The only punishment suitable for someone who says such a thing is a board-wide complete shunning, amish-style.
And in the States, you can get actual orange tic-tacs, not the orange flavored white ones in Canada. I don't know who's boneheaded idea it was to take the color out of our tic-tacs, but I'm sure he's a communist.

Tahiti Treat.
I haven't seen it in Canada for years, and it's even hard to find in the US. Did come across it this past summer in Babb, MT. I bought every bottle they had. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I had 3 eyes.

Lay's has done Dill pickle the last couple summers. It's Summer only thing though. I do agree though. Old Dutch chips are the number 1 thing I miss about Canada. Can't beat their BBQ and Ketchup chips.

I've always thought that Ketchup chips were disgusting, sooo glad they don't sell them down here or my wife would have them in the pantry all the time...

free shipping....
i've ordered a TON of stuff online lately from american-based automotive webpages and for the most part everything is free shipping as long as it stays in the continental U.S.
there are lots of 'receiving companies' in american border towns that for a minimal free ($3-$5) will receive a box for you and then you just have to go pick it up. we're only a couple hours from orville washington so we just do a little day trip on a saturday.
i've also found that the prices are waaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than buying stuff in Canada (even after you pay any duty/taxes when bringing stuff back. also - if you can prove your stuff was manufactured in the US or Mexico you still have to pay the HST/PST/GST, but there is no duty... thanks NAFTA!)
my neighbour bought new rims/tires for his truck last summer. he priced out the exact same product in Canada and was able to save over $1000 buying them out of the states! (after duty/taxes/travel)

They're not the same. Similar but not the same.
