Looks like votes had dick all to do with it. Look at "Sue" and she has 669 votes


Results of the public vote will be taken into consideration but the top 20 finalists and three winners will be determined by G Adventures, based on originality and creativity and is at the sole discretion of the company and is not subject to appeal.

Translation: They will be chosen on looks and how photogenic they are.

There was another contest like this a while ago, and it pretty much amounted to how hot the people were since they will be used in an advertising campaign and sex sells.
