Individual boards? Or groups of boards / the entire floor?

Individual boards. I have 2" pieces and the entire section in front of the DW and fridge. The edges are raising up causing a "cupping" almost of each board.
I did look under the DW and no sign of water leakage. Same with the fridge.

If your humidity is too high, that can absolutely cause buckling. Lower it down and see if that helps out before ripping anything apart or calling someone in.

Does your fridge have an ice maker? They use cheap plastic pipe that
can wear through. Ended up replacing all the flooring on the main floor
because of it. Water got between the hardwood and sub floor.
What a mess.

When you pulled the DW and fridge out, was there any black lines in the joints? Usually that's a sign of water damage. How high did you crank the humidity up?

Try lowering your humidity settings back to normal and wait it out a bit. If it's not extreme cupping, it should contract and flatten out for the most part.

I'd like to know if there are any companies that will do fixes for hw flooring also. I am not too happy with the install and need some squeaks and gaps looked at.

When my parents moved into their house, 12 years ago or something, it was a brand new house. They had it built. Anyway same thing happened, hardwood buckled from the dishwasher around the sink to the fridge. It was a flaw in the construction of the floor, and the builders had to replace the floor. We had to live in a hotel for about 3-4 weeks.

Had a similar thing happen. You're not going to like the next part.
There is no *fixing* water damage, you're really phoning to replace sections of hardwood. Which is a beeyach to color match, especially if it's older flooring that may have "yellowed". Which means you're looking at resurfacing the entire hardwood patch (ie the whole main floor).
So really, it's going to be a gamble between 1) Live with the water damage or 2) Roll dice on a patch that may still look like a patch afterwards. Or bend over and resurface the floors. You may find that the cupping gets better as it dries out.
If it was up to me it'd be tile in the kitchen only.....
