A Brazilian woman found out she was having a two-headed baby just moments before she gave birth, after doctors initially told her she was having twins.
I don't think its a good idea to remove one of the heads and i hope they don't. I'm sure the baby will be fine but if they 100% have to then i could understand.

I remember that one House episode, where a kid had another kid inside of him, that could control his own actions some times, and made the kid do bad stuff, be he couldn't be physically seen.
Without a doubt, it is two individuals. Unless someone can prove that your consciousness exists in your belly button, there is not debate to if you are killing a sentient being by removing a head. Unless one of the heads is vegetative, or extremely ######ed, there is a very difficult ethical debate here, if removing one is necessary for survival.
This reminds me a lot of the Manar Maged case... that story was heartbreaking:
Two brains = two people in my opinion. It's heartbreaking hearing news like this, because for some cruel reason these people don't get to live a "normal" life. I hope they do live the fullest possible life though.

Even if they both survive, what kind of life is that? I'm sure its a guaranteed that one of the heads will have dominance over the bodies motor skills. If they can determine which one, the passenger should be removed to spare it from a miserable existence. Very sad.

I don't agree. Yes, it's not an ideal situation, but who decides its better to kill off one to spare them from a perceived miserable existance. As the video someone posted earlier, there are cases where the two were able to co-exist normally.
I was thinking about these girls last night, and not in a totally illegal naughty way.
But its amazing that they are completely functional and they seem well adjusted to their situation, and they seem to get treated ok at school which is great.
But it leads to so many questions.
1) What if they don't want the same degree''s in college
2) How are they going to deal with the salary issues and benefits issues at wrk
3) Do both girls right with the same hand?, are they not literally cheating on tests by collaberating
4) There is the marriage question. no eye contact dude
5) I'm assuming on uterus would be used, legally who's kid would it be
6) If they drink and drive and get into an accident which one gets charged?
7) If they murdered someone does one get the murder charge and the other the accessory, what if one of them gets the death penalty?
