Niemi is stinking it up lately. Might be time to give Smith a chance.

At least we are consistently inconsistent.

I cant believe I am 2nd last in the West with this roster, this is really getting annoying now.

I cut down on my Flames players recently. I'd have more patience but I've tried riding it out with the same guys, then tried trading for new guys, new coaches, all sorts of line combos, different sliders and I'm 2nd last in the West. Same garbage happened last year which is getting annoying when I look at the ratings of some of the squads above me. Stupid sim.

well, after reviewing my game, it's not so bad.
I gave up 2 goals 4 on 4, so I'll be tweaking those lines. I didn't give up any PP goals and scored 2. It's my 4th game in 5 in which I scored 3+ goals. First line played well, but the 4th line didn't.
All and all I'm ok with it

I know how you feel. I've been in the same boat for 2 years. Pretty strange when nothing works and the team plays the same regardless. Trade Iggy and the Ducks will thrive!

Lots of big positives in this one! Rinne stopped 33 of 34, Morris got his first two points as a Hab. Leino picked up his fourth point in two games from the third line. Pronger beat up Adam McQuaid! Feeling much better about him after that.
Edit: I lied. Was Morris's 2nd and 3rd points.

Nick Oliver leads the Jackets to victory over the Queens. Oliver had a HUGE night with 1 hit, 1/4 on faceoffs, 8:58 minutes played and 0:24 seconds on the PK. Clearly he was the difference. Richards and Erat keep it going and Byfuglien is the only - player on my team tonight, go figure.
We can't wait to get Backstrom into the lineup to see how he does with Vanek.
Ryan Miller is now 10-2-1 as a Blue Jacket for those of you keeping track.

Juggled lines and got some guys rest in yesterdays game to get them healthy for todays game including playing the backup goalie. Then I wasn't around to send in the new lines. Ha! To come out of the two games with 3 points is nice!

Toronto wins again. Now only 6 points out of a playoff spot.

Nashville drops one to NJ as we just couldn't put anything together offensively. Not many shots and not a stellar performance by Backstrom in this one.

Struggling Sabres pick up a win, albeit it took extra time to get there. A good rebound game for Rask. Sabres at it again tonight against the Wild, time to start putting some Ws together if they want to get back in the race
