Albertans who think they should have received the rebate in January, but have not received a cheque by February 10, 2006, should call 1-866-209-8903 (English) or 1-866-209-8994 (French).

Actually, the number given won't work until February 10.
What I would do is call CCRA at 1-800-959-8281 because it is from them that the Alberta gov't gets the address.
If it's any consolation I haven't received mine yet either.

call the actual number that was given do not call the GE line (the 8281 number) the office in calgary is doing all the calls, so calling the GE line will get you told to call the other number. The won't give you the info for the most part because the calgary office gets paid by the call on the ARR line. Also expect to get a busy signal yesterday they had 20,000 calls in 1 day.

All he wants to know is what the CCRA has for his address. I can't see how calling a perpetually busy line is better then calling the CCRA directly; especially when that is what the Alberta gov't is instructing people to do.

maybe the couple in Cambridge, Ontario, that erroneously received one, will send it to you. They have been attempting to return it., but the number that was on the form, will not work. CKCO television just ran a spot on it, and they spoke with Alberta's Finance Minister, to return it.
