Nope, it may be a rotating update. It may be a subscription issue as well.

Are they showing up on the guide?

Manually input 2-4-7. See if that results in anything.

I did and nothing. I think a power cycle is needed.

Report back.

Does anyone know how it can be determined what version of firmware the Gateway is running?

Without getting off the couch.

Power cycle did the trick but missing some of the channel logos.

You need to access the installer menu. This is against the terms of service and if you mess anything up, it will require a service call and potentially cost you money. In the installer menu, you can access Diagnostics and scroll over to Service Status to view the current software version for the portals and gateway.

Portal:
Current Software Version: 7.0.1.32X5R-P.340684
Update Software Version: 7.0.1b.9X5R-P.342538

Gateway:
Current Software Version: 7.0.1.32G5BR-P.340684
Update Software Version: 7.0.1b.9G5BR-P.342538

Some people in Calgary have received the update. I hadn't as of last night.

If you really, really, really need to know and won't hold me, CalgaryPuck or fotze's mom responsible, here it is:
  • Press Menu
  • Scroll right to settings … “The Gears”
  • Hover over Channel List
  • Press … Back, Next, Back, Next

Again, don't #### with anything!!!
