Google "Bear Hunter Ninja". I've never played it, but I think that's the more PC version (apparently there is also a Bear Hunter Princess version, although Ninja >>> Princess)

We used to play "UFO - Cow - Bacteria". You can do them with one hand similar to RPS.

UFO: fingers down separate and crooked in a grappling position (abducting a cow)
cow: horns
bacteria: index and thumb pressed together ("this small")
