In all seriousness, for defacing a war memorial, I think you have insulted the very fabric of the nation, and what it stands for. I think deportation is fair in this case. I could never fathom defacing a war shrine in someone elses Country, let alone my own.

I say kick the bugger out, and send him back to Australia.

I think that he should be forced to stand by the memorial wearing a sign that says, I defaced this memorial with grafitti.

If we still had the stocks I would put him in there with that sign and sell rotten fruits and vegitables.

I also agree with the other poster, if you come to Canada and commit a crime its off home you go.

That is exactly what will happen if the crown proceeds by indictment (or if convicted of 2 summary offences not arising out of the same act).
