I am not seeing Asphalt 6 because the website is telling me that it's incompatible with my Captivate and therefore it doesn't show up in the marketplace on the phone.

When you goto checkout, it says 10 cents until the very last page where it says $4.99 for soundhound.

I'm on the market app on my phone. I am also on a Rogers Captivate (i896) but I think it gets logged on the market as an ATT Captivate (i897). Not sure if that would make a difference though.

All the apps from yesterday that still say 10 cents will be full price on the final checkout even though it says 10 cents on the marketplace listing. It's kind of lame. I bought field runners but it showed $3.99 charged to my VISA so I refunded it.

ADW EX is another must buy. it's the best launcher for Android out there IMO and lets you customize how your phone looks and feels like crazy. Cyanogenmod bundles the free version of ADW as it's default launcher, but the EX version is far more powerful and full featured

Hmmm, I just bought some Day 2 apps for $0.10, and my receipt says $0.10. I will be frustrated if I get charged full price.

At 10 cents, these types of questions are irrelevant! 
Can someone tell me the difference between Sound Hound and Shazam. I'll probably just end up buying Shazam anyway, but it would be nice to know heh. Also, gotta say that Space Physics is a pretty neat game.
Edit: I got an error message when I purchased Jelly Defense, but then after a few mins the e-mail came through and my phone just started downloading it anyway.
