Default How to do a Bank Transfer to Foreign Bank

I am looking to purchase a $50 Christmas gift from an Eastern European online store.

They only accept direct transfers to their bank (not Credit Card, or Paypal). I bank at PC Financial financial and PC wants $30 + fees for International Money transfers.

I am hoping someone knows of an online website that can do the money transfers similar to say a Western Union service except instead of picking up money at a location, they can do a bank transfer.

Wiring to Europe is crazy. I've actually shipped cash through the mail because it was so pricey.

Maybe you can pay in potatoes?

Thanks, I checked them, it appears they are some sort of European Paypal, however it appears the receiver requires a moneybrokers account as well, just to receive the money
