Default Radar/LIDAR/Laser question - anyone?

Hi CP,

I have a quick question or two for someone who understands these kinds of measurements really well but I'd rather do it by PM because it's a bit sensitive. Is there somebody out there who could help me?

Thanks.

Is it a question whether or not they are acceptable for shooting from a moving vehicle, rear facing, angled from above or the side or calibrations?

It has nothing to do with cars, speeding or anything like that. (PM sent)

I work with LiDAR data all the time and would be happy to help if I can. I don't use radar at all though, Just a cursory knowledge of the system.

Shoot me a PM with more details and I will let you know.

If it involves laser aiming, I would recommend you go to the Canucks.com forums. They seem to be up to speed on the issue.

I once automated an IFSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture RADAR). So I know a thing or two about RADAR.

Do you want to know more because of simple curiosity or because you have some knowledge about the question?
