My friend is perfect so far in NFL pools. Needs Baltimore to win to remain perfect.

I'm 9/10 right now on hockey pools. Need San Jose to win to make it 10/11 and have a slim chance of winning. Sharks just blew a 2 goal lead in the third and it's 3-3.

Yeah most likely but I checked the past results in the NHL and I'd say about 40 Percent of the time one team wrong has paid out. Damn Capitals effed me.

Looks like you ended up going 10/12.
Two teams that I would of thought more likely to help you ended up costing you.

Had a crazy day yesterday. Up $200 after the morning games. Made some in-play bets that should've won in the afternoon (i.e. bet the Pats to win right before Brady went on that drive that should've won the game, bet the Rams to win at the start of the blocked FG drive) that ended up putting me down $400, then bet Ravens ML to win $500. Ended up +$200 for the weekend.

went a little crazy on the tickets this week. There's oddly alot of games that I liked this week in both proline and point spread
Denver over KC - 3.05
Houston over TB - 2.00
New Orleans over Atlanta - 2.30
Detroit over Chicago - 2.75
Odds = 38.58
Made the same ticket with the Jets and Pats tie and the Giants upsetting the 49ers which gave 353.03 odds
In PS i like:
Buffalo to cover Dallas (5.5) and even to win outright.
Houston to cover - 2.5
Seattle to cover -7 to Baltimore
Pittsburgh -3.5 over Cinci
and Indianapolis to win their first game of the season this week.

If you want to play Sport Select there's some prop bids I think could pay off.
Josh Freeman over Matt Schaub for passing yards. Texans will run, run, and run some more in this game. Schaub has no Andre Johnson either.
Watch reports in the morning and you might get a freebie with Michael Crabtree over Mario Manningham who's listed as Questionable for the game.
I also like Percy Harvin over Donald Driver for receiving yards since it's option 1 vs option 4 and option 1's team will likely be throwing a lot.
I also like Cam Newton for passing yards over Matt Hasselback. I mean who's left for Hasselback to throw the ball to.

REC YARDS breaston v ochocinco TIE 18.00-1
REC YARDS k boss v shiancoe TIE 18.00-1
REC YARDS d jax v Cruz CRUZ 1.6-1
$2 x 518.40 = $1036.80
I think there's a > 5% chance the first 5 guys all lay goose eggs

Comtemplating a three way Parlay with New England to cover a +15 spread vs. KC, the Packers to beat the Bucs by 14.5 and Chicago getting 4 points over San Diego.
I can't see KC scoring more than 3 points with Shane Falko at QB...erm Tyler Palko...and Brady will torch that sissy D line for at least 30 points.
Pack does have a history of crapping the bed against Tampa, but bad pass defence, and a poros line against the Packers in Lambeau has me liking the Packers to cover a big spread.
San Diego's had a long week off, but their D is banged up, they're bad on special teams, and Rivers has turned the ball over a lot. I like the Bears to cover here. IMO the NFC is far superior to the AFC this year and the Bears are holding their own in the much tougher Conference.

Glad I chickened out on that Packers vs the spread bet in favor of taking the under of 34.5 points in the Cleveland Jacjsonville game. Lesson learned...don't mess with big spreads.

Sad. Had Carolina and Cinci to cover which was looking great for about 58 minutes. Then boom, Detroit posts two TDs in mere minutes

Hit on the total in BAL/CIN, Seahawks ML, and Falcons -5.5. Also had a 4-team superteaser that won. Lost on the Cowboys and Panthers.

I hit on Oakland -1 against Minnesota, Jacksonville/Cleveland under 34.5, and a teaser combo of Chicago+2 and San Fran -4.5. Got stupid and took a teaser of Giants -1 and Patriots -11 with some of the houses money. Should have went with the Eagles and +13.
I don't care how crappy the odds are, I'm taking free money if I can get it for a New England money line win over KC tomorrow.
