Who would you put in the BCS Championship game (against LSU) in the following scenario.
Oklahoma goes undefeated except for a loss in week 1 against LSU on the road.
OR
Oregon goes undefeated (without playing LSU) except for a loss to Washington State at home.

It's gonna get even fuzzier when arkansas beats LSU

Haha I'm not sure that'll happen, but that would be insane.

What I've gathered from people that follow the BCS a lot closer than I do, assuming LSU wins tonight, it wouldn't matter if they lose to Arkansas. As long as they win the SEC Championship game, they'd be in the BCS title game. They could also beat Arkansas, lose in the SEC Championship, and still get in.
Basically, (assuming the win tonight) as long as they win one of their last two, they're golden.

Yeah it seems like with everyone having one loss, LSU now gets a free loss since they were #1 before everyone collapsed anyway.

it depends on the tiebreakers i guess, if all three teams end up with one loss, LSU might not even be in the SEC title game....and if alabama loses the iron bowl and arkansas beats LSU...well, i don't know.
But you're definitely right, it would seem that no matter what scenario (barring a blow-out loss) LSU is essentially good to go...unless they lose both against Arkansas and Georgia...
i'll stop now.

Watching the Michigan / Nebraska game with a Nebraska fan today just made the victory that much sweeter.
Not that it would have changed the game but that roughing the kicker penalty on the Huskers might have been the worst call I've ever seen.

Just feel terrible for Irish RB Jonas Gray, tearing his ACL in the 2nd half against BC, on Senior Day. They had a close-up of him when the training staff told him and he just burst into tears. Dude's such a good story, thought he had a decent chance at getting drafted. You'd have to assume that's out the window now.
Lots of good undrafted RB's in the NFL though, keep your head up. Its not over yet.

Yeah, that call was terrible and effectively ended the game as the wolverines rammed it down their throat shortly after.

Bye Bye Clemson from the BCS. Sad way to go down after playing so high up into the rankings from out of nowhere. Really is dissapointing after the season they had up until the GT game.

To think what could be if Boisie State made that field goal last week.
I hope Arkansas wins next week, just to make it even crazier. Get enough 2 loss teams and have Houston as the only undefeated.

It's got me wondering if Oklahoma and Oregon lose tonight, if virginia tech has a shot. Obviously clemson hurt their chances a lot today. If both go down tonight, probably a guaranteed all sec nc, barring a Georgia championship win.

PAC-12 officials doing their best SEC impression and ensuring that the team with the best shot at the NC is getting all the calls. A lot of holds on that Oregon defense since they were down big that have not been called to help them back into this game.
