Maybe, but nothing like they'll see in the Superdome. That place is like walking (ok, swimming) into a feeding frenzy.

Ugh, I don't know if I'll even watch if there's an LSU/Alabama rematch. For one thing, it'll be as dreadfully boring as the first.

There's also the fact that LSU beat Alabama on the road. Why should Bama get a second chance when they already had the advantage of being at home? At least when Oregon lost they were essentially on a road game. Losing the first game of the season compared to the end of the season should count for something too - DeAnthony Thomas isn't going to hand LSU two TDs I'd imagine.

It's kind of funny that Boise St. managed to lose in the one season where they actually had a legitimate chance of playing for the title.

In my completely unbiased opinion, I think Bama deserves a shot at the NC game

I've always thought losing early was better than losing late.
Oregon lost on opening day but has been awesome ever since. This is what we like to see in sports, teams peaking at the right time so they should be there.

Cant believe that Michigan is manhandling Nebraska like this...real stunner.

What a mess the BCS is......again. But no...no need for any kind of playoff...ugh.

Well, the Big Sky Classic is thus far being dominated by a single Canadian player. Well done Brody McKnight.

BCS chaos is more fun than an actual playoff
The debates, the arguments, the computer, the permutations.

Last night was more fun because there's no playoff. Otherwise OKLA State would be ho hum, we lost a game so what.

That's exactly why I still a supporter of the system. The fact that every game is so important is incredible.

So each game is so important that your advocating a rematch for Bama or Oregon for the Natl title vs LSU eh?

Tough day for my Bobcats. Nothing was working for them today, even with a LOT of help from the officials.

Time to get healthy and get ready for the playoffs!

Honestly, I thought that there was no way Oregon could come back after that loss, and was just hoping for a Rose Bowl birth. The fact that every other decent AQ team slipped up is shocking, and only in that situation does that game become meaningless. Also coming back to the Oklahoma hasn't had a shot at LSU yet argument:

Who would you put in the BCS Championship game (against LSU) in the following scenario.

Oklahoma goes undefeated except for a loss in week 1 against LSU on the road.

OR

Oregon goes undefeated (without playing LSU) except for a loss to Washington State at home.
