No no not at all i get the sense you are feeling like i am attacking the broncos which is quite the opposite. I just dont see how anyone can view Tebow as a starting QB in the NFL. by no means am i hating on anyone not even Tebow because he is a good football player just not a qb.

Btw thanks for beating the Jets haha

That final drive, and Ryan pacing the sidelines shaking his head afterwards, made it worth putting up with 3 hours of pain beforehand.

Just can't help but love Tebow, he's something else, in every sense of the word.

Tebow isn't the solution. He's just turning a 1-9 team into a 5-5 team and having some fun doing it! The offense is built around his strength and weaknesses so the coaches are doing a good job.

Sure he'll get crushed when he faces a good team but we can say that about alot of other quarterbacks. Like Fitzpatrick and Romo!

The thing is, there aren't very many good teams right now. That fact could allow this season to remain interesting for me for a while!

I would agree with that, but right now on an otherwise pretty miserable team, Teebow is a lot of fun to watch, he's got a lot of fire, and you can tell that the guy just plain wants to win.

His arm though is terrible and thats really too big to overlook.

I will admit that I slept through the most of the game, and woke up in time to see a 95 yard drive and that drive was all Teebow.

Tebow- 9TD, 1 INT, 1 fumble lost. He takes care of the football.

Combine that with very good defensive play, and that's why they're winning games.

From the Jets point of view, how do you stop this offense and a QB that can't throw the entire game and then suddenly give up a 95 yard drive (where Tebow was involved in 92 of the 95 yards). Where was the breakdown?

I still can't believe they blitzed 9 on 3rd and 4.

he doesn't throw INTs because his throws are so far away from the receivers that there are no defenders there either.

I said I didn't see this game but based on the other games I have watched Tebow his running hasn't been that impressive. Perhaps today it was better.

Sanchez is an average QB at best who's been talked up by his loudmouth coach. Always good to see the overrrated Jets (or Giants for that matter) get beaten, who always seems to take losses as upsets to inferior teams.

Saw some extended highlights; Cromartie put up zero effort when he probably had a good 5 or 6 seconds to break the arm block and try and stop Tebow short of the goal line.

Don't care either way about Tebow, but always interesting to see a player or team infuriate the so called "purists" by having success in supposed "non tradtional" means.

Soild coaching by Fox to gameplan for Tebow and solid Broncos defense. Clearly Tebow has the competitve juices and physical tools, but whether he is a long term NFL Qb is a long way from becoming a certainty.

Holy Tebow hate Batman. He's not the greatest QB ever but he is winning, that's just a fact. Not the saviour by any means but if and when, and when will happen, he learns to pass like an NFL QB he will be scary good.

I'm not sure that's going to happen with the Broncos though. For now I'll enjoy watching them keep winning. SD next week eh? Should be good.

As mentioned earlier, I'm lovin' me some Tebow, just can't help but get on board. I think my only concern though is if he keeps succeeding, that the option may start picking up with other teams in the next few years, especially teams with less than stellar QB's. Between Tebow & Newton we're seeing it a bit already. And we know what a copycat league the NFL is.

I HATE the option, its one of the main reasons I'm not a bigger NCAA fan (aside from no playoff system). I just find it so boring. I'm an ND fan and by far my most hated game of the year is when they play Navy, I just know going in its gonna be an absolute snoozefest.

With Tebow its actually kind of exciting, just because he's such a rare, bizarre & polarizing specimen. But if I start seeing Cleveland, Jax, Miami, etc playing out of an option O in the next year or two, I'm going to be depressed. Its the big leagues, you gotta huck it & chuck it!

For all those complaining about Tebow not being an NFL QB, how about Mark Sanchez? Top 10 pick, third year in the league, and is still wildly inaccurate. I don't care that he's won playoff games, the guy is quickly heading to bustville.

Not a surprise about Cromartie, that is why he is called "scarecro"... dude is so soft. he likes to talk trash and knock up multiple women but he wont hit anyone. glad to see him leave the chargers, although they could use anybody right now

Funny, but untrue.

Even in last years starts where he ran the same offense Orton was running, he didn't make stupid throws.

He may be inaccurate at times, but he does not make bad decisions with the football.

What games have you seen then? Just the Detroit game?

Both Oakland starts (this year and last year) his running was exceptional. He's patient, tough and a bit elusive for a guy his size.

Detroit, Oakland and KC.

In Oakland his running seemed to have a lot to do with the moronic defense that the Raiders continued to run all game long rather than him making a ton of good plays.

He is obviously a better than average runner for a QB but in the games that I have saw the Broncos won in spite of him not because of him making plays.

Agreed, I can't believe that guy was drafted so high. I remember when he declared, Pete Carroll was furious because (aside from being angry for losing his starting QB) he felt Sanchez just wasn't ready yet. Though I'd argue that he may just simply not be good enough, ever.

The thing about the Detroit game too was in that game, they had Tebow operating out of a normal NFL offence, your basic drop back & pass. Needless to say, that is not his style. Since that game, the Broncos offence has completely changed to one more suited for him.

For Broncos fans watching Tebow win has to be a lot more fun than watching them lose with Orton. Tebow has become quite the spectacle that is for sure.

This NY columnist summed it up the best;
Quote:
No, none of it made any sense. Tebow is either the NFL's best bad player or worst good player, take your pick.
The fact of the matter last night is that the Broncos defense won the game. The Jets scored only 13 points and committed a 7 point turnover. Everyone will focus on the last drive by Tebow but the fact is that the defense won the game for the Broncos.

Long term I can't see the Broncos ever making big noise with Tebow as like the wildcat it took coordinators and defensive players a year to contain it to the point that nobody even runs it anymore. That TD play by Tebow was a poor play by the Jets DC and players. Blitzing up the middle and leaving nobody on the edge when you know the QB is going to run the ball out of the shotgun is a mistake I wouldn't even make in Madden. Props to Tebow though for recognizing and executing the play to beat that formation.
